The world is our home and we are called to leave it better than we found it. Everything we do, from creating sustainable products to building communities, is based on that principle. When you buy YUYI Cheng Jewellery, you’re supporting a leading UK artist.
Built on the idea that life is yours for the making, Yuyi Cheng Jewellery is a modular fine jewellery brand that, in its modularity, empowers you to live exactly as you are in a world of limitless possibilities.
Our founder, YUYI CHENG is from Taiwan and a designer in London She graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Tunghai University in Taiwan. she had worked in the jewellery industry in Taiwan for nearly ten years. In 2018, she came to the University of the Arts London to study fashion jewellery design. In 2022, she came to Bishopsland, a famous British silversmith and jewellery skills training centre, to complete her training.
Inheriting oriental aesthetics and western design education, her works are all handmade with recycled sterling silver and gold to show classical beauty. Her family is from Japan. Japanese culture is also an indispensable part of their work. The integration of work culture makes her designs fully express personal characteristics. She likes to explore in her design, using diverse materials and creating different styles of metalwork, which express the conflict between contemporary and traditional art.
